1 About Legend Business Broking

Legend Business Broking operates as a licensed commercial business brokerage in New South Wales under the relevant real estate and business agent licensing provisions administered by NSW Fair Trading. All services are governed by Australian law and the laws of New South Wales.

2 Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

Business broking deals inherently involve commercial-in-confidence materials. Prospective purchasers acknowledge that:

• Confidential Information Memorandums (IMs), financials, lease terms, and vendor identities are strictly provided subject to an executed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
• Signing an NDA does not grant an automatic right of inspection or document access; information is released at the broker's and vendor's discretion upon buyer qualification.
• Purchasers agree not to contact staff, suppliers, landlords, customers, or franchisors of listed businesses without prior written authorization from Legend Business Broking.

All information regarding listed businesses on this site or in Information Memorandums has been sourced from and supplied by business vendors or their professional representatives:
